Our experience at SIL Barcelona 2023

This year, we had the pleasure of presenting Calsina Carré Services at the International Logistics Salon in Barcelona (SIL). This fair is one of the most important events in the logistics sector in southern Europe and a great opportunity to gain presence and visibility. Moreover, thanks to the concentration of actors involved in the sector, it is a perfect scenario to publicise a new project: our logistics hub in Pont de Molins.

In this edition we participated with our own space for Calsina Carré Services, as part of the global stand of Calsina Carré Group. It was an excellent platform to give visibility of our facilities and all the services we offer to carriers over their routes.

Participating in this event was highly beneficial in terms of strengthening ties within the company with collaborators and customers, as well as making initial contact with new potential customers.

In addition, it is worth mentioning that beyond our participation as exhibitors, SIL offers a full programme of conferences, panels and presentations by sector experts. This brings an added value to the company, keeping us constantly updated on the latest trends, innovations and advances in the logistics industry.  Having access to this knowledge is essential in order to adapt and remain competitive in a constantly moving business environment.

A special moment in the framework of the fair was the "AfterSIL" celebration. An event organised in collaboration with our partners, OnTurtle, at the end of the second day of the fair. A gathering in the evening, far from the intensity of the day's events. We met with our customers in a more relaxed atmosphere, where we were able to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.

We left SIL satisfied to have strengthened in-person bonds with our customers, partners and suppliers, as well as having presented and announced Calsina Carré Services for the first time at this annual trade fair.
